Apple’s flagship will receive record battery life thanks to an increased battery and a new chip. Insider Digital Chat Station has revealed the battery specifications of the future iPhone 18 Pro Max. The new model is expected to strengthen 1Apple’s leadership in battery life, surpassing the performance of the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
The leak indicates that the version of the smartphone with a SIM card slot will receive a 5000 mAh battery, while the eSIM-only model will have about 5200 mAh. This is a notable upgrade compared to its predecessor, which had capacities of 4823 mAh and 5088 mAh, respectively.
In addition to the battery, energy efficiency will be impacted by the transition to the 2-nanometer A20 Pro chip. The introduction of the new Apple C2 modem is also expected, which should further reduce the device’s power consumption.
