Speculation intensifies as the anticipated launch window draws closer.

Following data shared by the prominent insider Digital Chat Station, the tech outlet iPhone-ticker has produced a conceptual render based on leaked CAD schematics of Apple’s first foldable device.
The blueprints suggest that the “iPhone Fold” (or potentially “iPhone Ultra”) will feature a display with a highly unconventional aspect ratio. The external screen is rumored to measure 5.49 inches with a resolution of 2088×1422. Although the diagonal measurement seems small, the 1.49:1 aspect ratio ensures a significantly larger usable surface area than standard compact screens.
The primary internal folding display is expected to be 7.76 inches with a 2713×1920 resolution. This panel will adopt a nearly square 1.43:1 aspect ratio, providing a massive canvas for multitasking and media.
Furthermore, the leaked designs indicate that the foldable iPhone will be equipped with two front-facing cameras. When unfolded, the chassis is reportedly 4.8 mm thick—making it approximately half a millimeter thicker than the projected Galaxy Z Fold 7.
Apple is currently expected to debut its first smartphone with a flexible display in the fall of 2026.
